DearMelissa,
I purchased your vanilla coconut cookies, your key lime pie and your chocolate laced strawberry pie yesterday at Good Earth. It was extraordinary and I loved it!!! Are you going to write a recipe book? I have just started being a raw foodist, I have lost 25 pounds and I feel so much better. However, I am now on a little plateau and need to lose some more. I have several raw cookbooks, but nothing I make tastes like what you make. I am a good cook, but I am struggling with having the recipes turn out--Can I learn to cook like you at your classes?
Thanks,
Paula

Dear Melissa,

I was so inspired when I stumbled onto your site five or so weeks back and tonight I was walking in a food store and had to pull my belt tight and noticed that I have to put some more holes in it becuase since I read your site and switched back to Healthly Eating and Raw Foods the weight is dropping. You will never know how much of an inspiration you were to me.

Also, I have had a really bad case of gout since October and even the remedy that your mom showed me four years ago (black cherry juice) was not working. But since I went back to raw Foods everything is clearing up and I am feeling so much better.

Like a new drug I am always on the look out now for how to prepare new stuff. A girl friend in Hawaii while I was living there turned me onto frozen grapes so I picked up a bunch today.

I have had Agave on my mind since I watched your Chocolate Shake clip again two days ago.

I never ever thought of grinding up almonds in a shake but I bought some today to try it. I know they are good for the heart and have always eaten them in the past but never like this so I will try them in the morning. Please tell me about agave and its various forms that I can get and also about the cocoa you put in the the shake. What kind of cocoa, not hershies I am sure :).

You have such an audience out here just waiting for you to feed us with info. Your potential is endless and having that IBI/entreprenurial bug in me I am hoping to see more posts on the web from you and a Raw Melissa book!!!!!!
